1.Delete from inside the app
- Worker app (Shiftكم): Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account.
- Manager app (Shiftكم Business): Profile → Privacy & terms → Delete account.
Deletion is blocked while you have a booked or running shift, an open post, or a pending payout — finish or resolve those first, then delete.
2.Or ask us by email
Email admin@shiftkom.com from the email you signed up with, or include the phone number on the account, and ask for deletion. We verify it is really you before deleting.
3.What is deleted
Your profile (name, photo, bio, contact details), your ID documents and verification data, your photos, your wallet ledger, your shift history, and your sign-in account are erased from the live systems. Your push tokens are removed and notifications stop.
4.What is kept, and why
We retain a limited archived record — identity and payment-related data — only as long as needed to meet our legal obligations under Jordanian law (including tax and commercial record-keeping), to process any outstanding refunds or payouts, to resolve disputes, and to prevent fraud. Audit and security logs age out on their own schedules (up to about one year). The archived record is accessible only to authorised staff and is not used for anything else.
1.الحذف من داخل التطبيق
- تطبيق الشيفترز (شفتكم): الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات ← حذف الحساب.
- تطبيق المدراء (شفتكم بزنس): الملف الشخصي ← الخصوصية والشروط ← حذف الحساب.
يُمنع الحذف وعندك شفت محجوز أو جارٍ أو منشور مفتوح أو دفعة معلقة — أنهِها أولاً ثم احذف.
2.أو اطلب منا بالبريد
راسل admin@shiftkom.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، أو اذكر رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب، واطلب الحذف. نتحقق أنك صاحب الحساب فعلاً قبل الحذف.
3.ما الذي يُحذف
ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، الصورة، النبذة، بيانات التواصل)، ووثائق هويتك وبيانات التحقق، وصورك، وسجل محفظتك، وسجل شفتاتك، وحساب دخولك — كلها تُمسح من الأنظمة الحية. وتُحذف رموز الإشعارات وتتوقف التنبيهات.
4.ما الذي يُحفظ ولماذا
نحتفظ بسجل مؤرشف محدود — بيانات الهوية والبيانات المتعلقة بالدفعات — فقط للمدة اللازمة للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية بموجب القانون الأردني (بما فيها السجلات الضريبية والتجارية)، ولمعالجة أي مستحقات أو استردادات معلقة، ولتسوية النزاعات، ولمنع الاحتيال. وتنتهي سجلات التدقيق والأمان وفق جداولها الخاصة (حتى نحو سنة). السجل المؤرشف متاح للموظفين المخوّلين فقط ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
